Basic Skills Test: This is available online. This may also be administered in the labs during the first two weeks of classes. It is designed to identify any deficiencies in a student's fundamental mathematics skills that would seriously undermine the student's ability to pass Math 110. ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS AS A SERVICE TO THE STUDENT. Students performing poorly (less than 85%) on this test should seek advice on how to strengthen their background.

Those who would like an indication of how they might do in Math 110 can try the 1935 Saskatchewan Grade Ten Algebra Test online.
