Internet: there is eduroam at most places in our building. The hotels we have reserved also have internet. In emergency cases we can give you access to our own router in our office.

Currency: We can exchange smaller amounts of Euros into Zloty (and vice versa 
at the end of the conference).

Parking for our guests of Willa West Ende and Willa Flora is free at Willa 
West Ende, entrance to parking is on Wojska Polskiego right after getting 
into that street from the roundabout

Drivers, be aware that trams almost always have priority, except when stopped by traffic lights. Watch out carefully at roundabouts.

Getting to the hotels and the department from the train station:
It is not far, so one option is to take a taxi. 
By bus: number 87 (every 20 minutes from the bus stop on Owocowa Dworzec behind the station (pass the bridge that leads to the perons away from the river front). Go 5 stops to Plac Szarych Szeregow. Walk on the right side of the roundabout, crossing one other street until you reach Wielkoplska. Willa Westende is right there, looking onto the roundabout. Walking into Wielkopolska (in eastern direction), next is Willa Ogrody and then Willa Flora (white building). Then on the next crossing (with Monte Cassino), when you cross the street you stand in front of the department.
By tram: number 3 in front of the station (towards the river) to Plac Rodla or Rajskiego, but then you have to walk. Or switch to number 1 at Brama Portowa, which brings you to Plac Szarych Szeregow.

Bus and tram tickets can be bought at a machine at the station (if it has one) or in the bus - if the machine works (if not, then with driver). You are in Willa Westende on the same roundabout the bus stops at.
