Title: The weak (regular) Inverse Galois Problem

Abstract: 
The aim of this talk is to first explain and recall the content of the [weak] (regular) Inverse Galois Problem (Debes-Harbater, Jarden,...), and explain how this problem relates to the proper solvability of Embedding Problems. Second, to show how valuation theoretical facts/tools and the theory of large fields give a complete solution to the weak regular Inverse Galois Problem.
