| Appointment-making procedure |
Please enter your first name (preferred, not necessarily legal) and last name in the name field. Please make sure to supply a valid entry for each field - 'none' is not an acceptable name, phone number or email address. If something happens and your appointment can't take place as scheduled, we would like to be able to contact you.
| Please note: Students who give neither a valid phone number nor a valid email address will have their appointments cancelled. (There have been too many cases where appointments are booked without this information, and the booker fails to show up for the appointment.) Sorry for the inconvenience. |
If you don't see your course listed among those on the course drop-down menu, then please email us. It may mean that there are no staff members with expertise in your class, or it may not.
Due to a limited number of appointment times, a student is limited to two appointments per week. If you are interested in making a regular appointment, please email us at the address below.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at math-help@math.usask.ca as soon as possible.
Please note: There are only a limited number of appointment slots available during any given week. If you can't make it to your appointment, please do us the courtesy of letting us know. ** Even if you let us know after the fact, that is helpful. **
If you can't email us, then you can try calling the Help Centre at 966-6182 or the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at 966-6081. Alternatively, you can drop by the Help Centre (room 15 McLean Hall) and leave a message (on paper) for us.
In the past, certain students have booked many appointments and have failed to show up for them. This makes the booked appointment slots unavailable to other students, as well as potentially wasting staff time. If you miss an appointment and don't let us know, we may take that as an indication that you won't be showing up for subsequent appointments and we will adjust the appointment schedule accordingly.
